Sandri, located in Corso Vannucci 32, in Perugia, is the oldest umbrian confectioner's shop and the one that, through its shop-windows, talks about the city and about what the city says. From 1947 Sandri started a banqueting service for the special events of its customers.

How we work - First quality ingredients: butter, home-made marmelades and jams, pure chocolate made only with cocoa butter without any addiction of vegetable or animal fat, DOP hazel-nuts from Piemonte, Italian pine-nuts from Marina di Grosseto, avola almonds from Bari. We use only extra virgin olive oil even in fries. We don't use any kind of partly finished ingredient. First quality meat. All the differnt kinds of bread are home-made and match dishes.

The service - In our shop the customers are guests and served with particular attention.
Coffee bar- our coffee blend is wood-roasted and self-made. Cup chocolate: dark with ginger and cinnammon; milk and white chocolate, soft Piemontese chocolate and cappuccino.
Confectioner - More than 10 kinds of brioches; all the Italian and Center-European fresh pastries. About 30 different kinds of cakes, mousses, chocolate bars, pralines, hazel-nut chocolate, hand-made cookies. We have a daily production. We have a wide assortment of canapč, sandwiches and aperitifs. |
Banqueting - Buffet, lunches for weddings and other cerimonies, congresses, work breakfasts, brunches and gala dinners are made according to custumers' wishes. Any waiter serve no more than 12 people. Our buffet table-clothes (fiandra damascated or not) are 12 metres long. Silverwares, crystal glasses, decorations are plained with with customers. Cakes for any kind of events are served only during our banquets because we don't serve any restaurant or hotel. Wedding cakes or other cakes are always chosen together with customers, always with particular customizations. High quality wines match dishes. We offer services for 300 people sitting, at your home and everywere.
